However, an unconfirmed report said a suicide note was recovered from Belmonte.
Responding officials from Barangay Ugong, Pasig City told authorities that witnesses have reported to them about a woman who fell from a building.
When they arrived at the scene, they saw a lifeless female body in a sleeping gown and covered with blood lying on top of an air-con unit at 7th floor of the building.

A Facebook account under her name, Helena Belmonte, described herself as “a Filipina-American model who acts and hosts on occasion.”
In the welcome page of a WordPress blog “Planes and Palates” she maintained, Belmonte said she was born in America, raised in the Philippines and educated in Germany, Philippines and America.
