‘China out of West PH Sea’ protests mark 2nd year of int’l court ruling

    SAN FRANCISCO -- Protesters held a rally in front of the Chinese Consulate before proceeding to the Philippine Consulate downtown, demanding that China "get out of Philippine territory in the West Philippine Sea."
