Palace hits ‘misinformation’ by critics of lower age of liability

MANILA, Philippines --- Malacaang on Wednesday lamented the "blissful ignorance" and "pretended misinformation" of critics of the proposed measure lowering the minimum age of criminal liability to nine years old.
