MMDA: Expect slower traffic as Manila’s Concordia Bridge undergoes repair

    MANILA, Philippines --- Motorists should expect minor traffic adjustments as portions of the Concordia Bridge along Quirino Avenue in Manila will be closed due to ongoing reconstruction. In a press briefing on Wednesday, MMDA General Manager Jojo Garcia said that the bridge's northbound lane will be closed to traffic starting Saturday (February 9) at 11 p.m., thus, vehicles heading north or south will share the three remaining lanes of the bridge.
