SC readopts ‘two-examiner policy’ for 2019 Bar exam

MANILA, Philippines -- The Supreme Court has readopted the "two-examiner policy" for the 2019 Bar examination.   A "two-examiner policy" was implemented in 2009 under then Associate Justice Antonio B.
