Lacson tags health chief in previous PhilHealth controversy amid dialysis claims mess

  MANILA, Philippines - Senator Panfilo Lacson on Thursday reminded President Rodrigo Duterte that his 'health chief' was involved in another Philippine Health Insurance Corp.
