Suspect in death of Chinese man in Las Piñas identified

MANILA, Philippines --- Police have identified the suspect in the death of a Chinese man who fell from a six-story building in Las Pias City. Col. Simnar Gran, chief of the Las Pias City Police Station, told INQUIRER.net that the suspect, Li Yun Xiang was tagged in the death of 27-year-old Yang Kang, who was handcuffed and fell to his death on Aug. 9. According to Gran, CCTV footage helped police identify Xiang, supervisor of Kang in the call center where they reportedly worked.
