Actor Dante Basco leaps to directing with ‘The Fabulous Filipino Brothers’

HOLLYWOOD -- Dante Basco, who was Rufio in Steven Spielberg's "Hook," will make his directorial debut with "The Fabulous Filipino Brothers."   Basco wrote the film with brothers Darion and Dionysio. It will be narrated by sister Arianna and star the Basco brothers, including Derek Basco.   The "Fabulous Filipino Brothers" will be the first time Basco and his brothers act together since 2000's family drama"The Debut."
