Magnitude 6.5 quake hits off Zamboanga Monday afternoon

A magnitude-6.5 quake hit in the Sulu Sea off the coast of Zamboanga in Mindanao late Monday afternoon, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
